What are Chicken tenders?
Chicken tenders or tenderloins also named chicken fingers are derived from the chicken breast or inner breast muscle commonly the pectoralis minor, which is a more tendered part of the chicken. Tenderloins are far smaller and much thinner than chicken breast and the size of the tenderloins are half of the chicken breast.
How to make your own chicken tenders?
If chicken tenders are not present separately in the grocery stores, no need to worry about that, just buy a boneless, skinless chicken breast piece and cut it lengthwise about ½ inch thick.
